Installation Project Management (Multiple Locations Projects)

With over 60+ carriers that we work with, it is critical to be able to set correct customer expectations on installation timelines.  Some carriers provide excellent project management and some carriers need to be closely managed.  We provide post-sale installation project updates from the direct carriers.  We will also supplement the carrier updates with our own circuit inventory spreadsheets as necessary in order to make sure that you have all of the information that you need for your multiple location orders whether you place all of your circuit orders with us through one carrier or multiple carriers.

“White Glove” Support for billing error correction and invoice reviews

When is the last time that your carrier sales rep called you to tell you that they were proactively reviewing your bills and noticed that the circuit that you just ordered was not billing correctly, a ticket has been opened, and a credit is on the way?  We provide 1st invoice reviews on each service line item ordered through us and proactively escalate a billing issue with the provider until it is corrected.  Why would we do that?

 

  1. This is a service that is rare at best through direct carrier relationships.  By providing this service we believe that we can partner closely with a customer for the long run.  Carriers that do offer “first invoice reviews” do so through the billing department.  The billing reps that are assigned are trained on the billing system but are not always trained on the products. It usually takes both extensive product knowledge and invoice review experience to take on a first invoice review on a complex order.  We can take this work off your plate as a thank you for doing business with us.
  2. We earn a small monthly residual from whichever carrier you choose.  If the bill is too high, then we lose creditability with you if you discover it first.
  3. If you happen to be underbilling for the services that you ordered, then eventually the error will be corrected.  The law varies from state to state but in most states the carrier has the right to backbill you for the error for up to 1 or 2 years depending on how far back the bills go.  It can be very damaging to an IT budget to get hit for a large invoice chargeback going back to a previous fiscal year that you have already closed the books on.
  4. Making sure that your invoice matches the contract for the services that we help you procure is simply THE RIGHT THING TO DO for both our customers and our service provider partners!!
